The present general terms and conditions of sale regulate in an integral way all the sales transactions which can be offered, provided or carried out from the on-line store located on the web page www.jamonesmunoz.com of which José Muñoz Soria (hereinafter MUÑOZ Jamones y Embutidos), with Tax Identification Number or Code nº 74633665E, social address at C/ Calvario, 2 Yegen 18460 (Granada), is the holder. These terms and conditions can be modified by MUÑOZ Jamones y Embutidos at any time, the user being informed of the existence of any new version of these which contains substantial changes.
The user
Access, navigation and use of the Web Site, confers the condition of user, so from the moment the navigation of the Web Site begins, all the Conditions established here are accepted, as well as their subsequent modifications, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding legal regulations of obligatory fulfillment according to the case. The User assumes responsibility for the correct use of the Website. This responsibility shall extend to: Make use of this Website only to make inquiries and legally valid purchases or acquisitions. Not to make any false or fraudulent purchase. Provide truthful and lawful contact details, for example, e-mail address, postal address and/or other data. The User declares to be over 18 years of age and to have legal capacity to enter into contracts through this Web Site. MUÑOZ Jamones y Embutidos does not assure that the Website complies with the legislation of other countries, either totally or partially.
Applicability of general conditions
These conditions apply to all quotations, offers, activities, agreements and deliveries of products by or on behalf of MUÑOZ Jamones y Embutidos. Deviation from these conditions is only possible if the parties have so explicitly agreed in writing.
Orders and shipments
Orders can be placed 365 days a year, at any time, except at times when the service is suspended for maintenance or other commercial circumstances and/or force majeure. However, orders will not be sent on Fridays, even if it is a working day, to avoid that the order may be stored in the facilities of the transport agency during the weekend. Any order is subject to product availability. In case it is not possible to deliver an order due to supply problems or not having enough stock, the user will have the option to wait until the product is available or cancel the order.
Shipping will be free from 50€, for orders to peninsula less than 50€ the shipping cost will be 7,5€. For orders outside the peninsula and to foreign countries should consult the specific conditions in any of the following ways of contact:

Price and payment
It is understood that the price of each product is the one that will appear on the website at the time of placing each order. The user must pay the marked price, including applicable taxes, along with shipping costs, which will be added to the final price to be paid. Prices can be modified by MUÑOZ Jamones y Embutidos at any time and without prior notice without affecting orders already confirmed. However, even confirmed MUÑOZ Jamones y Embutidos will not be obliged to attend orders when the price is incorrect, especially, when the error is manifest and easily recognizable.
The accepted means of payment are:
- Payment by credit or debit card. We reserve the right NOT to accept certain payments with certain credit cards.
- Payment by PayPal.
- Cash on delivery: 4% of the total amount of the purchase will be added.
- Bank transfer.
Delivery
Delivery shall be deemed to have occurred at the time when the user or a third party indicated by the user acquires material possession of the products. The delivery time for the order will vary according to the shipping method selected and will be indicated on the website once the order confirmation is obtained, in any case it will not exceed 30 days from the date of the order confirmation. In the event that the delivery date cannot be met, we will inform the user of this circumstance and the user will be offered the option to go ahead with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or the possibility of cancelling the order and obtaining a full refund of the price paid. If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left so that he/she can pick up the shipment at the place and within the deadlines indicated. After the term has elapsed without the collection taking place, the shipment will be returned to MUÑOZ Jamones y Embutidos.
Withdrawal, Guarantee and Return
The user has the right to withdraw from the product within 14 working days, as long as the product is in the same conditions as it was delivered, and may suffer a depreciation if it is not presented in the same conditions.
The right to warranty is given when the customer observes that the product presents a lack of conformity:
- The product does not conform to the description made by the seller or does not possess the qualities of the product that the seller has presented to the consumer and user in the form of a sample or model.
- They are not suitable for the uses for which products of the same type are ordinarily intended.
- They do not present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that the consumer and user may fundamentally expect, taking into account the nature of the product.
Las características del producto deben tratarse de forma objetiva, teniendo en cuenta que se tratan de productos artesanales y entendiendo que las preferencias personales y gustos propios no pueden aplicarse a todos los productos.
El vendedor responde a las faltas de conformidad que se presenten, en un plazo de 2 años, habida cuenta de la naturaleza del producto. El consumidor y usuario deberá avisar en un plazo de 2 meses desde el conocimiento de la incidencia.
No cubre los defectos causados por un uso anormal o inadecuado o por una causa no relacionada con las cualidades intrínsecas de los productos.

All doubts and especially complaints and suggestions will be dealt with as quickly as possible, without exceeding in any case the deadlines established by current legislation. Likewise, you will have proof of the same by means of the delivery of a written receipt, on paper or any other durable support.
Contract language
These general terms and conditions of sale are written in Spanish. In the event that they are translated into one or more foreign languages, the Spanish text shall prevail in case of dispute.
Applicable legislation
These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
